CUSTOM BUILDER
We will work with any custom home builder in the Dallas & Fort Worth Metroplex. An integral part of the home building process, selecting and installing your home’s flooring, does not have to be difficult.
Our design staff will help you select your tile, carpet, wood flooring, kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile, etc. in our showroom located centrally to the Metroplex in the Dallas design district. Design consultation time varies from builder to builder, but typically each customer (builder or builder’s client) gets 6-8 hours of personal consultation. This consultation time usually takes place over a couple of sessions.
Once you have selected your flooring, our staff will coordinate with your general contractor to insure timely and successful installation. There is no need to worry about calling different sub-contractors to get the best price, or worry about them being available to install the flooring without delaying the completion of your home. We will coordinate that for you.
Our quality products are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty and installation is also guaranteed provided that the installation is performed by one of Dallas Flooring and Design’s installation teams. Ask your design consultant about specific warranty details.
